• Business Model: PremiumBrands.lk offers genuine third-party products imported from various countries.
• Customer Location: Our services are available exclusively in Sri Lanka.

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: Creating an account is optional. You can proceed as a guest for purchases.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Accepted Payment Methods:
• Credit/Debit Card Payments
• Bank Transfers
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once an order is placed.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be disclosed at checkout.

4. Refunds and Returns

• No Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided after a purchase is made.
• Exchange Requests:
• Exchanges must be requested within three (3) days from the delivered date.
• If an expired product was delivered to you, it can be exchanged to a new product or we can arrange a refund but it should be informed to us by the customer within two (2) days upon arrival.
• The product being exchanged must match the barcode listed on the bill.
• Delivery Errors or Damages: If the exchange is due to our error or delivery damage, there will be no additional delivery charges.
• Exchanges for Different Products: Additional delivery charges may apply if exchanging for a different product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Areas: We deliver exclusively within Sri Lanka.
• Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver within 2-4 days, but deliveries may take up to 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Website Use

• Permitted Use: Users must use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Attempting to disrupt website functionality or security.
• Content Ownership: Reviews or content submitted by users may be used by PremiumBrands.lk for promotional purposes.
