Exchanges must be requested within three (3) days from the delivery date. The product being exchanged must:

• Be in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• Match the barcode of the product listed on the bill.

Exchange Scenarios

1. Delivery Damages or Errors:

• If the product is damaged during delivery or an error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent), we will:
• Arrange for the exchange.
• Cover any additional delivery charges.

2. Exchanges for a Different Product:

• If you wish to exchange your purchased product for a different product, you have to submit a special request. In a case where we accept this special request:
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Additional delivery charges may apply.
• Any price difference must be settled prior to the new product being shipped.

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, such as:
  • Perishable goods.
  • Customized or personalized products.
• Inspection: All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Products that fail the inspection may not be exchanged.
