In terms of amino acids, it contains L-tyrosine and an amino acid derivative L-carnitine in the form of L-carnitine L-tartart. L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid with an aromatic structure, which is also the nucleus of thyroid hormones and a precursor for the synthesis of several catecholamines such as L-Dopa, domapine, epinephrine, norepinephrine. L-carnitine is required by our body for the transport of fatty acids, as free long-chain fatty acids need to enter the mitochondria, which is done with the help of L-carnitine.
