DIRECTIONS

DOSING

For first time users: start by mixing 1 heaping scoop of powder with at least 250ml of water, to test the product’s powerful impact.

For regular users: mix 2 heaping scoops of powder with at least 250-350 ml of water.

WHEN TO USE
Before working out: the effects kick in 15 minutes after product ingestion.

Before exercising when cycling, running or practicing sports. You don’t need to finish it before starting exercising.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, seizure disorder. If you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), anti-depressants, or any other medication, dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter drug, consult with a physician. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other caffeinated products. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and well-balanced diet. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. Do not consume product with alcohol.
